A post-funeral altar is a simple altar used at home or elsewhere after a funeral and cremation, to enshrine and offer prayers for the cremated remains, memorial tablet, and photograph until the 49th day memorial service or bone interment. It can also be used as an altar for the first Obon (Obon is a Japanese Buddhist custom to honor the spirits of one's ancestors).
It is lightweight and can be assembled by one person. It will be carefully packed in waterproof paper and shipped in the condition shown in the 7th image.
As a bonus, we are including a mat for the low table. Having a mat is convenient when placing offerings during Obon.
