■ Product Description:
The Shot Viper features a robust, tenacious, and powerful solid power maximum (SPM) high-density glass solid blank. By wrapping it with a cross weave utilizing Daiwa's proprietary material technologies like 3DX and X45, it entices fish with its supple tenacity. Once a fish is hooked, it bends tenaciously, reducing the chance of losing the fish and providing the robust power to control it. This is a versatile 7:3 tip-action rod.
The 195 model is a short rod with the strength and tenacity to fight yellowtail and large fish, allowing you to enjoy fishing for rockfish, bottom fishing, and long-distance multi-species fishing with a game-like feel.
Target Fish: Amberjack, Yellowtail, Flounder, Sea Bream, Multi-species (long-distance), Striped Jack, Rockfish, Horse Mackerel.

■ Personal Impression:
As per DAIWA's description and naming, this rod is powerful and tenacious, while also providing excellent sensitivity, allowing you to feel the movement of the bait underwater as if it were in your hand.
