I usually wear 23.5cm in sandals and 24.0cm in boots. I always wear M size for YELLO shoes, but since these are mules, they fit me fine with a little bit of my heel showing. (They might be a bit snug if you wear socks.)
The insoles are plush, so they might fit even more comfortably as they break in.
*Please note that this is just my personal opinion, so please refrain from returns based on sizing.
Of course, if you are normally an S size, they should fit true to size.
I loved them so much that I bought all three colors that were in stock in different sizes, but I'm reluctantly selling one.
