These reeds are made from carefully selected, high-quality reeds from Udono, dried in the shade for about 1.5 years, and then smoked over a hearth for over 10 years. They are finished with care, allowing for comfortable playing. Although they are slightly thinner, they are generally a suitable thickness for any Sho, including plastic ones.

They are finished to be playable immediately by beginners and women, but please be aware that they will not sound with just a light breath. To produce a good resonance, please remember to blow with full breath. While the price per reed may be a bit high, I am confident that you will be satisfied with these reeds, so please give them a try. If you are not satisfied, I will accept returns or exchanges.
