Designed for mild to moderate hearing loss. [Please read before purchasing] Due to the nature of hearing aids, they cannot selectively amplify; therefore, not only conversations but also environmental sounds (vehicle noise/wind noise/living sounds, etc.) will be amplified. Please use in a quiet indoor environment. This characteristic is a structural feature common to all hearing aids.
