This is a two-piece, double-taiko (drum knot) ready-made obi, tailored from a long-stored fukuro obi. The body wrap can be tied in any way you like, so please arrange it so your preferred pattern is visible. The body wrap can also be used on its own. The material is pure silk.
This obi can be worn for formal occasions such as graduation ceremonies, entrance ceremonies, and shrine visits.

[Condition]
There are a few spots of foxing (age spots) on the parts of the body wrap that will not be visible.
Please wrap the body wrap so that the unaffected parts are on the outside. This is a fine quality item made by Hattori Orimono, but due to storage stains from long-term storage, it is being offered at a special price. We would be happy to find a buyer who understands this condition.
*The obi pillow is passed through and tied to the body. The position to insert it is the upper part of the otaiko (where the obiage is passed through).
