Vintage Burnt Bamboo & Cane Bathroom Shelf, Small Rattan Caddy, Boho French

A charming small vintage caddy in burnt (tortoiseshell) bamboo with woven cane lattice sides, in the scrolled bentwood style associated with mid-century French Riviera and boho decor. It measures approximately 12 inches long by 3 inches wide, with bowed bamboo ends — one higher, one lower, in a whimsical curved silhouette — and a crisscross X of bamboo rising through the center.  Sized to sit on a bathroom vanity, countertop, or shelf, ideal for holding rolled hand towels, guest soaps, or small toiletries. Equally at home holding mail, magazines, or as a catch-all tray elsewhere in the house — the shallow woven cane trough and open sides make it versatile beyond the bathroom.  Condition: vintage, with the expected patina and darkening to the burnt bamboo finish, and light wear consistent with age (see photos for close-up detail). Structurally sound.
