I don't expect many people to find this, so I'm prepared to list it for years.
This is a black sea bream fishing rod for hechi (wall-fishing) style. It appears to be the Uroko-utsushi model. It's an old item, and I believe it was only sold in Honshu. It's likely 10 to 20 years old.
Its length allows you to drop the line just above the water surface even on windy days. It also expands the range of spots you can target, such as dropping the line beyond tetrapods.

My father, who is particular about his gear and owns multiple reels costing over 50,000 yen, gave this to me, so I believe it's a high-quality item.
There is some dirt, but it looks like most of it will come off with washing.
