◆Extremely Rare, Unused, with Original Box, circa 1940s (Showa 46)! RUNE Naito's Soleil Cute Boy Original Drawing, Fabric Cover Album, Height 18.3cm, Width 15cm, Thickness 3cm ■Purchased at a used bookstore in Kanda in the 1980s. ■Soleil is a girls' magazine first published in August 1946 (Showa 21). A total of 63 issues were published until August 1960 (Autumn issue). This fabric album with an original drawing on the cover was created by RUNE Naito, who was a disciple of Junichi Nakahara at the time, as a reader's gift. The original box has a sticker on the side that reads Himawari Sha's Himawari Mark Soleil, making it extremely rare. ■[Condition] Although unused, as it is an old item, the cover has some light stains overall. The original drawing area is in beautiful condition with no particular damage. The inside of the album has some minor stains but no major ones. The original box has no damage, but there is some dirt and scuffing on the corners. However, considering its age, it is in beautiful condition with no significant damage. He had a significant impact on subsequent girls' culture and illustration, becoming a pioneer of Kawaii culture. He also became famous for his Rune Panda, Strawberry Design, and White Interior works in 1971. He is also known for drawing covers for the long-running gay magazine Barazoku.
