High-Grade Iai Sword - Kanetsugu
299.00 $
Description
Thank you for looking.
This is an iaito, believed to be a replica of Izuminokami Kanesada.
Perhaps because the handle is slightly short, the blade feels long. (It is not a real sword and cannot cut.)
There are signs of use and minor scratches overall (fading of the handle color, rust on the tsuba, small scratches on the saya, etc.).
The blade itself is in relatively good condition with no dirt, but there is a small scratch on the tip.
As shown in the pictures, there is no sageo (cord).
The total length when sheathed is approximately 106cm.
Unlike inexpensive decorative swords, this sword has a substantial weight to the blade and is solidly constructed with a sharp tip, so please handle with extreme care.
Please purchase only if you understand the condition from the images.
